Trends Shaping the Hair World in 2025
Cuts
This year, layered cuts take center stage, combined with voluminous shapes and disconnected elements. Cuts are subtly layered, with the structure enhanced by styling products. Horizontal sections with soft shapes and adjustable textures draw attention, while diagonal and vertical sections add modern strength to the look.

Colors
The Fusion Collection’s trending shades are calming yet surprising. Contrasts in colors complement each other: when placed side by side, they either emphasize or harmonize textures and shapes.
Burgundy, powdery pastels, mahogany, and blush are at the core of this palette. Coloring techniques include both the seamless and calm sliding as well as blocking, which highlights and supports the cut’s structure. Four Reasons freelancer educator Roosa Mononen describes her favorite aspect of the Collection as the colors, “especially Coral Sunset and Rum,” she says.
